Rockwell Automation and ICT Academy Launch Youth Skills Initiative

Rockwell Automation, in partnership with ICT Academy, has unveiled the Youth Empowerment Program, a skill development initiative aimed at enhancing employability for young talent in India. Targeting students from arts and science streams, this program underscores the importance of preparing the next generation for rapidly evolving technological landscapes.

The program will impact 550 students across 11 institutions in Delhi NCR, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. By offering hands-on training in emerging domains such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), the initiative closes the critical gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.
