   • Factory Calibration: Calibrated at the factory with calibration data stored in non-volatile EEPROM memory.
3. Easy Software Configuration:
   • Software: Configurable using MS-DOS or Windows programming software.
   • Compatibility: Runs on Windows 95 or Windows NT, over Ethernet TCP/IP, or through the SNP port.
   • Programming Device: Can be an IBM XT, AT, PS/2, or compatible PC.

Functions:

1. Digital to Analog Conversion:
   • Accepts digital data from the CPU or other controllers via the PLC backplane.
   • Converts digital data to analog outputs using a Digital to Analog (D/A) converter.
   • Provides up to ±10 volts full scale voltage outputs or 0 to 22.5 mA current loop signals.
2. Resolution and Isolation:
   • Resolution: 16-bit resolution (1 part in 65536) with 14-bit monotonicity.
   • Isolation: Outputs are isolated from the backplane.
   • Protection: Outputs are protected against transient and steady-state overvoltage conditions.
3. Memory and Addressing:
   • Uses %AQ references in the PLC.
   • Memory: Up to 8K words of %AQ memory available in the PLC.
   • Word Usage: Each output channel uses one word (16 bits) of %AQ memory.

This high-level analog output module is designed to provide versatile, precise, and isolated analog signals for various industrial applications, easily configurable through software without the need for physical configuration adjustments.
