Global Logistics & Express Carriers

We ship to customers worldwide through premier global courier networks, including:

  • Express Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and TNT
  • Alternative Logistics: Freight forwarders and regional postal networks upon commercial agreement
  • Customer Accounts: Option to ship using your designated corporate FedEx, DHL, or UPS freight account upon request

Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • In-Stock Processing Time: Standard in-stock orders are processed and prepared for export packaging within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Estimated Dispatch Time: Items are handed over to express carriers within 3 to 5 business days following formal order confirmation and payment clearance.
  • Shipment Tracking: A direct tracking link and dispatch notice will be sent to your registered email immediately upon package handover.

Customs, Import Duties & Tax Responsibility

  • International Clearance: Deliveries are handled under EXW or CIF commercial terms as specified in your official Proforma Invoice.
  • Duties & Taxes: Import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, and local inspection costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • Compliance: Buyers are responsible for ensuring that imported components comply with national trade regulations and importation standards.

Address Modifications & Lost/Damaged Shipments

  • Shipping Changes: Address updates or transit route modifications must be requested prior to dispatch. Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier, delivery details cannot be altered.
  • Damaged or Missing Goods: Inspect packages immediately upon receipt. In the event of transit damage or missing parcels, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the outer box and tracking labels to initiate a carrier claim.
