The Allen-Bradley 1756-EN2TR is a dual EtherNet/IP interface module for the ControlLogix family of programmable logic controllers (PLCs). It provides two independent 100BASE-TX Ethernet ports that can be used to connect to a variety of devices, including other PLCs, HMIs, databases, and sensors. The module supports both TCP/IP and CIP (ControlNet Industrial Protocol) protocols.
