- They offer explosion protection for hazardous areas and are fully compatible with the 3500 System.
- Unlike external barriers, they do not degrade system performance.
- Bently Nevada transducer systems with approvals for hazardous areas are matched to 3500 Internal Barriers.
- Components comply with safety standards, eliminating the need for individual certificates.
- Standard and internal barrier monitors can coexist in the same 3500 rack.
- You can upgrade standard monitors by replacing existing I/O modules with those containing internal barriers.
- The 135489-01 is a 3500/42, /70, /72 I/O Module with Internal Barriers (4 prox/accel channels) and Internal Terminations.
