The machinery health processor is the core component of the CSI 6500 Machinery Health Monitor, offering field-based predictive intelligence. The A6560 module provides several key functions:
  1. Real-time overall vibration monitoring: This feature offers a quick assessment of all rotating machinery.
  2. Configurable machinery health monitoring: The A6560 allows for flexible configuration to monitor machinery health.
  3. A6560-T option: The A6560-T includes all the functionality of the A6560 and adds transient monitoring capabilities designed for turbomachinery.
While the real-time overall vibration monitor provides a rapid overview of rotating machines, the predictive machinery health processor conducts in-depth analysis, evaluating two channels simultaneously to diagnose deteriorating machine conditions. It computes waveform, spectrum, and analysis parameters on-site. Additionally, event-based adaptive monitoring adjusts parameters in the field to provide tailored monitoring for your machines and changing process conditions. The results are transmitted from the field to the control system or AMS Suite: Machinery Health Manager software for further analysis and storage.
