The service extends Rockwell's established TechConnect support model by combining remote engineering assistance with digital tools, equipment information and AI-enabled resources. The objective is straightforward: help maintenance, engineering and operations teams diagnose problems, complete updates and restore production without depending entirely on physical field visits.
In modern manufacturing plants, this approach addresses a practical engineering problem. Automation systems are becoming more interconnected, while experienced personnel are increasingly distributed across multiple facilities. Remote technical support therefore becomes part of the plant's operational infrastructure rather than simply an after-sales service.
24x7 Remote Access to Technical Specialists
TechConnectIQ Support provides 24x7x365 access to Rockwell technical support engineers for eligible customers. Support covers installation, configuration, troubleshooting and issue resolution across industrial automation systems.
The service uses web-based tools, scheduled callbacks and live support to connect plant personnel with technical specialists. This model can reduce the time required to identify problems that would otherwise require escalation or an on-site service visit.

For facilities already using Rockwell automation products, the service may provide an additional layer between plant personnel and conventional field-service operations.
